Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Customer") and Minders Technology Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as Qurio ("Qurio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Qurio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Qurio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Qurio provides an all-in-one business management platform specifically designed for real estate professionals, including but not limited to CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, appointment management, sales funnels, website builder, and other related services.
3. Third-Party Integrations — Google Services
Digital Secretary integrates with Google APIs (Gmail and Google Calendar) via OAuth 2.0. By connecting a Google account to Qurio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Google Account Ownership and Compliance
You represent that you are the authorized owner of any Google account you connect to Qurio, or that you have obtained the necessary consent from the account owner. Your use of Google services through Qurio remains subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google Workspace Terms where applicable. You are responsible for the security of your Google account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. Scope of Access
Qurio requests only the OAuth scopes required to deliver the Digital Secretary features you have
subscribed to — currently https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify and
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events. Qurio will not attempt to access Google
services or data outside these scopes and will request additional scopes only after obtaining your
explicit consent through a new OAuth flow. Details of what these scopes allow are described in Qurio's
Privacy Policy at qurio.com/privacy.
3. Use of Google User Data
Qurio's handling of data received through Google APIs is governed by Qurio's Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Qurio does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell or transfer such data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not use such data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
4. Revocation and Termination
You may disconnect a Google account from Digital Secretary at any time from within the Qurio application. Doing so revokes Qurio's OAuth tokens and terminates all Gmail and Calendar access immediately. You may also revoke Qurio's access directly through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Qurio may suspend or terminate your access to Digital Secretary if we detect misuse of Google APIs, violation of Google's Terms of Service, or violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice before suspension.
5. Availability
Google may modify, restrict, or terminate access to its APIs at any time. Qurio is not responsible for interruptions to Digital Secretary caused by changes to Google services, and reserves the right to modify Digital Secretary's functionality in response to such changes.
6. No Warranty on Google Data
Qurio makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data retrieved from Google services. You remain responsible for verifying any action taken by Digital Secretary on your behalf, including labels applied to messages and events created on your calendar.
4. User Accounts
